Civic group's challenge leads court to annul offshore wind permit
ERR reports that Tallinn Administrative Court upheld civic group Hiiu Tuul's challenge to Enefit's offshore wind-farm water permit. The court found that the issuing authority lacked competence; it did not decide the group's environmental-assessment objections. The ruling was not final, with an appeal possible within 30 days. The proposed project lies north of Hiiumaa.
